Terry,
About 6 weeks ago I began downloading updates from MS and the download apparently screwed up my computer so that I cannot install anything! Not realizing this, I tried to download the latest Adobe Reader. Now I can’t print an Adobe Reader document or install any downloads from MS or anyone else. My local computer guru was not able to overcome this problem. Any hints?

P. S. I restored the computer to a two-month earlier date, but this didn’t help anything.
