In may I purchased the WRT54G. I am not sure which version it was. I couldn't get the L version easily and needed a router that day. The router would lock up completely 3 times a day. When it locked up I couldn't even log into it from the computer. I would have to power it down and then power back up to get it working. I returned it and got a D-Link WBR-1310 and have had no problems since.

There is no excuse for Linksys putting up a crappy product like that. If the latest version works well that good for them, but I won't be buying one after my experience with the previous version.

I also recently upgraded to the linksys wireless router WRT54G ver. 8.0, in which I found it easy to install especially with windows Vista, and it has a easy set-up button that you can just push and it will locate the computers in your network. Thanks for your input in your previous newsletter regarding wireless routers. I purchased mine from office depot with a coupon. Thanks
