I use Outlook-03 POP. A neighbor set it up for me. Now, I have my own reference.

I was advised to use a router on my DSL connection for my Windows XP Home. This information is the first explanation I’ve had. It even tells you how to order it. However, I’m wondering how to, or what’s involved in installing it. I imagine the instructions come with it.
